REGISTERED BOAT OWNER PARTICIPATION EVENTS
FOR YEAR 2009-2010
The following events have been approved by the Swan Yacht Club Committee for pen holders to attend to enable them to comply with Annex “C” of the Club By Laws. Members are requested to make every effort to attend at least five events during the financial year.
The Committee is aware and appreciates that for many valid reasons, Members may not be able to attend an event on the listed dates. Should this occur and you are unable to attend a particular approved event, and you volunteer your services to the Club in some form of assistance at another date, the Committee will acknowledge your contribution by noting that as a substitute event for one of the listed events.
The Flag Officers and Committee would like to thank you in advance and remind you to please register your name when attending these events, as it is the only way we can record your attendance.
Members please note that if you do not sign the sign in sheet at all point events than you will not receive a point. It is your responsibility.
Other events may be included by the committee during this year. These will be publicised in club notifications.
